Will feet get used to high-heeled boots after wearing them a lot?

I have some 4-inch high boots but I don't wear them much because they're hard to walk in and they hurt my feet. My question is, if I wear them more often, will they stop being so uncomfortable?

Probably if you were to wear them at home for 20 minutes or so they should become more comfortable. Boots are not very flexible because they wrap your entire foot, ankle, and calf, and that also would take some getting used to.
